As part of our practice:

Experience
We provide legal services on a day-to-day basis to HR departments of large enterprises employing several hundred people. We have repeatedly acted in court cases on the side of the employer, leading to favorable case outcomes or settlements. We have provided services in the area of labor law in the processes of transformations, mergers and divisions. We created one of the first Shared Services centers in Poland. We are well-acquainted with the particular needs of this type of employer and know how to troubleshoot problems as they arise.
